We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer, household, payment method, billing address or delivery address where reasonably necessary, including where an order appears to be intended for unauthorised resale or distribution.

Payment information is processed by our payment service providers. Pretty Star does not intentionally store customers' full payment card details on our own systems.

7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1 Earrings and Pierced Jewellery

For hygiene and health reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered, except where the item arrives damaged, defective or materially incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and provide photographs or other information that may help us assess the issue.

7.2 Non-Pierced Jewellery

For eligible non-pierced jewellery, such as necklaces and bracelets, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of the date the order is delivered, provided that:

• the item is unused and unworn;

• the item is in its original condition;

• the original packaging and accessories are included where applicable; and

• the item is not otherwise stated to be non-returnable.

Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, washed, exposed to chemicals or returned without the required packaging may not be eligible for return.

Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales may be subject to separate return conditions, which will be stated on the relevant product listing or at checkout.

7.3 Return Process and Refunds

Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied by us, return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility.

Approved refunds will normally be made using the original payment method, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

Original shipping charges, where applicable, may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated by us.

9. Jewellery Materials, Care and Allergies

Product material information will be stated on the relevant product listing where applicable.

Where stated, our earring needles are made from 925 sterling silver.

Customers may have individual sensitivities or allergies to particular metals or materials. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, you should review the product material information before purchasing and, where appropriate, seek professional advice.

If you experience irritation or an adverse reaction after using a product, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

To help maintain the condition of your jewellery, we recommend minimising exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals and other substances that may cause tarnishing, discolouration or deterioration.
